OHADOEV012 - Maintain Indicator for Special Calculation

In this step, you define the possible entries for the Spec. calc.ID field in the Pension Payments infotype (0322).

You can code a number of special features with this field. The query uses an internal key with the following meaning:

• 01: Manual pension payment - not adjusted automatically

• 02: Manual pension payment - adjusted automatically

• 03; Special bonus from unreduced pension payments

1. In the PS Pensions Control Indicator 09 (indicator for special calculation).
2. Choose Save.

In this field, you can also use a code to specify that the pension payment is stopped, for example, with specification 04. Note that this field is only used for information. To stop the payroll system selecting an employee, the employee must be flagged accordingly in the Payroll Status infotype.
