OHADOEVST - Note: Number of Levels Granted in Advance

The collective agreement and payment law offers you the possibility of granting age levels in advance using defined prerequisites. The maximum number should be 4, but as a rule the number should not exceed 2 levels.
These levels are granted additionally to the levels determined by the NFGEA (National Federation of German Employer Associations). The age level in Basic Pay is displayed and contains the levels from the NFGEA and also those granted in advance.
