You use this IMG activity to maintain the assignment between the personnel area/subarea of the employee from the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001) and the supplementary pension (SP) employer for the sub-application ZVMP.

Make the assignment from January 1st 2002, so that the SP notification program 2006 can generate notifications from this date.

Note:
For general information on making the assignment of the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001) to the SP employer, see the general documentation on Personnel Area Reporting and the documentation on IMG activity Define Reporting Personnel Area.

  1. In the Summary To group area, enter either a feature for summary (e.g. DZUBT) or select the Direct Assignment to PA Reporting checkbox.
  2. Choose Save.
    Note:
    If you select the Direct Assignment to PA Reporting checkbox but have not maintained entries for the summary in the T596N table, the system issues a corresponding message.
    In this case, carry out the IMG activity Maintain Direct Assignment.
