You use this IMG activity to define communication data for the supplementary pension (SP) employer.

Often, certain data pertaining to the reporting unit has to be specified on an evaluation or inquiry, such as the recipient, administrator in case of queries, an identifying company number, and so on.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter the required reporting personnel area and the period of validity.
  3. In the Address of Recipient group area, select the company address as the address type and select the corresponding address key.
    You maintained the address key previously in the IMG activity Maintain Address of SP-ER.
  4. In the Determination of Administrator group area, select one of the proposed options:
  • According to ID:

The administrator is determined from the ID.
  • Current User:

The administrator is determined from the current user. The user must have a personnel number in the system for this to work.
  • From Personnel Number:

The administrator is determined from the personnel number.
  • From Position:

The administrator is determined from the position. The data of the personnel number that occupies the position with the greatest percentage is used.
  • From Address Management:

The administrator is determined from address management. The corresponding data must be entered beforehand in the Administratoraddress type in the IMG activity Configure Addresses.
