OHADSTC124 - Assign Benefits Payments to Basis
Vendor Master (General Section) CPI1466 during BackupThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this Customizing activity, you can use 3 actions to assign pension payments to bases:
- Create cumulation wage types
- Assign payroll wage types to cumulation wage types
- Maintain feature DTXVB
(You use this feature to control which technical wage types are to be created for each pension basis.)
In the standard SAP system, there are a maximum of five predefined pension bases V001 – V005. An employer can receive pension payments with five different definitive initial years.
For the tax calculation, the definitive initial year determines the pension exemption amount and bonus for the tax exemption for pensions, and not the type of pension payment. It is not necessary to separate the content of the pension bases according to the type of pension payment.
Assign the payroll wage types to the cumulation wage types for which you would like to use the same pension basis (same initial year). Do not assign a payroll wage type to more than one cumulation wage type.
Example:
Cumulation wage type | Cumulation wage type text | Wage type | Long Text | Note |
---|---|---|---|---|
V001 | 1.Versorgungsgrundlage | MF10 | Company Pension | |
V001 | 1.Versorgungsgrundlage | MF20 | Widow’s Pension | |
V002 | 2.Versorgungsgrundlage | 1F10 | Company Pension | Copy of MF10 |
V002 | 2.Versorgungsgrundlage | 2F20 | Widow’s Pension | Copy of MF20 |
To issue a statement for additional data, proceed as follows:
-
Action: Create cumulation wage types
Maintain the cumulation wage types for HCM localization 01 and the subapplication created in the Customizing activity Define Subapplication for Additional Data. -
Action: Assign payroll wage types to cumulation wage types
Maintain the assignment of the payroll wage types to the
created cumulation wage types for HCM localization 01and the relevant subapplication. -
Action: Maintain feature DTXVB
Maintain feature DTXTL for the newly created subapplication.
You can thus define the subapplication for creation.
For more information about feature DTXTL, see the feature documentation.
