OHADST_DLS_040 - Activate Time-Dependent Authorization Check
ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plans Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component StructureThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Other application areas were added to the time-dependent authorization check for the tax auditor using the BAdI time logic in the PA Authorization Check (HRPAD00AUTH_TIME):
- Master data (for example, PA20)
- PNP(CE) reports
BAdI HRPAD00AUTH_TIME is available in the required format as of release 6.04.
- BAdI Implementation:
- If you do not yet have any active implementation of the BAdI, you can activate the inactive sample implementation HRPAYDE_TAX_AUDITOR in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).
- You also have the option to create your own implementation and to either add the checks for the tax auditor from the sample implementation or program them later.
- Create your own class that is derived from tax auditor class CL_HRPAYDE_IM_TX_AUDITOR.
- You can then enter this class in the BAdI Builder as the name of the implementing class on the interface tab when creating your implementation of BAdI HRPAD00AUTH_TIME.
- If you already have an existing active implementation, you can add the additional checks for the tax auditor to this from coding class CL_HRPAYDE_IM_TX_AUDITOR.
- PNP(CE) reports
- The authorization check must be entered in view V_T77PAYXX_PL for it to be called by the BAdI for a PNP (CE) report.
- The system only displays data for the permitted period to the tax auditor in the master data (for example, PA20).
- If you enter Infotype Overview for Employee (Report RPLINFC0) in view V_T77PAYXX_PL, the BAdI implementation is called and the period permitted for the tax auditor is checked.
- The German Remuneration Statement (report RPCEDTD0) is a PNP report but is not entered in view V_T77PAYXX_PL. This means that the BAdI implementation for the PNP report is not called.
- However, there is an individual check for the validity period for the tax auditor in the report. The tax auditor can only call it with a period that lies in the permitted period.
