OHADSVB35 - Define Alternative AI Carrier for Each Company

In this Customizing activity, you can assign the previously defined key for the alternative determination of the AI carrier to a company in the subapplication BG01 (Company Data for Workers' Compensation Association).

To do this, you create an additional entry for the personnel area and subarea in the subapplication BG01, and enter the previously defined key under Alternative AI Carrier. In the section Data for Workers' Compensation Association, you then enter the required alternative data.

If the relevant key for the alternative determination of the AI carrier is available in the Workers' Compensation infotype (0029), then the AI data of the company (responsible AI carrier, membership number) is determined from subapplication BG01 using this key.
