In this step, you adapt the model form HR_DE_SV_SVNW_ZE (Supplementary pension list: Individual statement list) to meet your requirements.

Do not make changes to the model form provided by SAP. Instead, copy the model form to a customer form and change the copied form to meet your requirements.

First, copy the model form HR_DE_SV_SVNW_ZE:

1. Select Utilities -> Copy from Client.
2. Specify the name of the model form as well as the name of the target form.

Now process the copy created, according to your enterprise´s requirements.
