In this step, you adapt the model form HR_DE_SV_SVNW_ZS (Supplementary pension list: collective statement) to meet your requirements.

Do not make any changes to the model form provided by SAP. Instead, copy the model form to a customer form and change the copied form in accordance with your requirements.

First, copy the model form HR_DE_SV_SVNW_ZS:

1. Select Utilities -> Copy from Client.
2. Specify the name of the model form and the name of the target form.

Now, process the copy created in accordance with your enterprise´s requirements.
