For PIF insurance, you must indicate the absences specially.
If the employee is outside of continued pay and receives a sick pay supplememt, a PIF contribution should be calculated as if the employee were still in continued pay (fictitious gross amount).
For absence sick pay supplement (processing class 02, valuation class 22) indicator A must be changed to G.
Assign the additional insurance indicator to the absences for PIF insurance.
The absences do not only have an influence on PIF contribution accounting, they are also output in the processing feature in the PIF statement of contributions paid.
