The assessment threshold for the press insurance fund is higher than that for pension insurance and the difference between the two values is fixed.
This difference can be determined from the contribution table for the press insurance fund. Subtract the monthly assessment threshold for pension insurance from the highest mean monthly wage specified in the contribution table.
The difference stored in the system is most probably correct since it generally remains constant in the pension plan for the press industry.
