OHADT512E021 - Maintain Wage Type List for Calculating Full-Time Employees

You only have to edit this Customizing activity if the input value for the reduction method in the program control of report Hospital Statistics (RPSPAYDE_KHSTAT) is initial (field is blank). This means that no input value was specified in the selection screen of report Hospital Statistics in input field Reduction Method PC Values. In this case, the full-time equivalents are read from the results table (RT) from payroll.

In hospital statistics, it is also necesssary to provide information on full time employees. Full time employees are calculated and saved in payroll accounting. The value is stored in a technical wage type. In the system, the wage type /OV1 (FT Value 1 Basis) is used as a standard.

This technical wage type contains the calculation basis for calculating a full time employee value. This value takes the reduction in the case of part-time work into consideration as well as a daily reduction in the case of entering or leaving employment. In contrast to this, overtime hours and on-call services do not, however, cause a change to the calculation basis.

When calculating full time employee values, cumulated payroll results are evaluated from table CRT in the last month which payroll has been run for.

You can also delete the standard entry, if you want to define the full time employee calculation using a completely different wage type list.

1. If you have set up further or other wage types for calculating full time employee values, include these in the list. It is sufficient to enter the wage type in the Wage Type field with the cumulation wage type VKG1, and to specify if this wage type should be added or subtracted when calculating full time employee values (field RZ).
2. Choose Save.
