In this Customizing activity, you can use subapplication KHST (Hospital Statistics) to specify that personnel areas and subareas are grouped together for hospitals by direct assignment.

This is necessary if you have selected the Direct Assignment to PA Reporting checkbox in the Customizing Activity "Define Type of Grouping".

1. Start the activity.
2. Define the validity period in the Periods group area.
3. Enter the personnel area and subarea reporting in the Summarized Ingroup area.
4. Choose Save.
