From the supply of houses which have already been maintained, one is selected here and filled out with the parameters relevant for payroll accounting. These parameters include the employee accomodations rule, which was assigned the employee accomodations modifiers in a seperate table, as well as the three values for local rent (real rental value), fiscal rent (if higher than local rent, otherwise empty) and additional costs.

- After entering the relevant house, maintain the accomodations.
