OHADT5D740 - Maintain Apartments

The individual accomodations/appartments are set up in this step. In this procedure, it is not only necessary to specify the value class, living area and number of persons the accomodations are set up for, but also information on whether a washing machine or slot machine is available and if a percentage is appropriated for a decrease in value.

The house the flat is contained in must have already been set up in the Maintain houses step. Furthermore, the value classes must have already been defined in the Maintain square meter prices step.

1. After entering the relevant house number, select New entries.
2. Maintain the flats.
