OHADVB132 - Define Employer's Contributions

In this step, you define the employer contributions used in your company.
You wish to pay different employer contributions for salaried employees, industrial workers and trainees.
Salaried employees are to receive an ER contribution of DM 78 for a period to be determined, industrial workers DM 52, and trainees DM 26.
By defining a variant, the corresponding amount can be assigned to the employer's contribution, for example:
01 for salaried employees
02 for industrial workers
03 for trainees
- In the step Define values allowed, you define how many different employer's contributions you require. Enter the necessary employer contributions in the list.
- In the step Specify amount of values, you define the employer contributions for a period :
- How high is the employer contribution amount?
- In which wage types is the employer contribution for capital formation stored in Payroll?

Should a special calculation rule be performed in dependency of the capacity utilization level?
In this case, the employer contribution is reduced by a percentage in accordance with the employee´s share from the Basic Pay infotype (0008) or in accordance with the employment percentage from the Planned Working Time infotype (0007).
In the step, maintain default values, the ER contributions can be used as the default in the Capital Formation infotype.
