Processing absences relevant to Social Insurance accounting for deferred periods implies cuting off or reducing certain wage types for the month in which the absences are processed.

In this IMG activity you can define the factoring method for the these wage types in situations of temporary incapacity.

Standard SAP factoring method.

The standard method cuts off the relevant wage types according to the number of calendar days in the month.

Adapt the factoring method according to your needs.

1. Check the standard SAP factoring method.
2. Adjust it or define a new one according to your needs.
   Copy standard ERSD rule into rule ZRSD.
3. Change the wage type factoring method in rule ZRSD.
4. Change the call to rule ERSD in subschema EILD for ZRSD.

Use standard rule ERSD directly if you do not wish to change the standard SAP calculation methods.
