In this IMG activity you can define the payment methods that your company will use for the service calculation. You should take the following factors into account:

• the unit of calculation, which will determine whether the calculation will be based on years or days of service.

• the time of payment, which will determine the moment at which the employee is entitled to receive a seniority payment.

• the frequency with which the service calculation will be maintained in your company.

SAP sample entries are available.

Check the SAP sample entries and adjust them to meet your requirements.
