OHAEAN1D - Define actions and their effect on seniority

In some circumstances, periods of leave can have a negative effect on the service calculation, because the time involved is not included in the calculation. Other personnel actions, however, have no effect on seniority.

In this IMG activity, you can specify the personnel management actions and reasons that will affect the service calculation and assign them the corresponding validity start date.

Leave of absence, pay increase.

SAP includes model entries.

Check the SAP model entries and adjust them according to you own requirements.

Define the personnel actions and reasons used in your company and the effect they will have on the service calculation.
