In this IMG activity you can create attendance types for planned training hours. Two attendance types are defined here: one for on-site planned training hours, and a second for distance training.

The SAP standard system includes model entries.

Check the SAP model entries and adjust them according to your needs.

  1. Define a symbol to identify the planned training hours undertaken at your company.
  2. Create new entries or adjust the SAP model entries:
    1. 0430 : Planned training hours (on-site)
    2. 0431 : Distance training hours.
