OHAE_CC3BC - Check adjustment variable for contribution days

In this Customizing activity you can define how the system should process cases in which the total sum of worked days, temporary incapacity (TI) days and strike days for an employee (from the monthly contribution group), within the same month, is either less than or greater than the 30 days interval set by Social Insurance as the settlement period for calculating the corresponding contributions.

In order to adjust the number of days to the required interval, the SAP system allows you to add or subtract days to or from the number of worked days, the number of TI days or the number of strike days. You can access this functionality through constants CC3BC and CC3CH.

The standard SAP version uses the number of TI days (value of constant CC3BC = '1') and the number of strike days (value of constant CC3CH = '1') as a basis.

1. Check that standard value of constants CC3BC and CC3CH meets your requirements. If necessary, enter the required value.

Note:

Remember that customer constants should start with a 'Z'. If you change the value of a standard SAP constant, you risk the possibility of SAP overwriting the value in a future release or system maintenance.
