OHAF0005 - Define Grace Period and Continued Pay

In this section you specify the length of the grace period for sickness.
Sicknesses have the key 'K'; the grace period lasts 3 days and continued pay is assured for a maximum of 90 days.
In the personal calendar the initial day of absence is marked with a 'K'. The days of absence after the grace period should be marked with other letters.
Create the table entries according to your company's regulations.
If the grace period is to be taken into account, the entry in field 'P2001-KENN2' must be other than ' ' or '0'.
