The selection criteria come into operation during the processing of the indicators with which they are associated: they are used to refine the selection of data processed by the output program. They offer, for example, the opportunity to reduce the field of selection for employees designated by the indicator and selected for processing.

Defined for a survey type and a given domain of activity, each indicator is supplemented by one or more criteria.

  1. Define the selection criteria and their texts.
For each type of 'blain social' and domain of activity previously defined you will enter the corresponding indicator, the selection criteria (CHAR type code used in the output program) and its text.
    Note:
It is possible to define several selection sub-criteria for a single criterion. It is therefore necessary to assign a number (field 'Number criterion' in the table) to each criteria.
  2. The settings are then implemented by associating each selection criterion with a value or a range of values to be entered into the field 'ValCriterion'. To do this, use the standard rule for range definition (low value, high value, option, sign).

Pay attention to special setting features for certain selection criteria:

  • The criterion MEMOT is used to select 'Actions/Reasons' pairs.
Only values entered with the 'EQ' option will be taken into account.
  • The criterion ACTION is used to select the values for hiring and departure actions.
All the options may be used. But only those indicators linked to hiring and departure may be associated with them, i.e. indicators 131, 132, 133, 134, 141, 1311 et 1312.
  • The criterion EVCOM is used to select the 'Event/comment' pair linked to the infotype 'Supplementary data - absence' (0082).
Only those values entered with the 'EQ' option are authorized and thus taken into account.
  • The criterion HORST is used to determine the monthly work time which will be used to calculate the Full-time/Part-time limit.
A single value must be entered.
  • The criterion SUBTY is used to determine the sub-type of the infotypes 'Supplementary data - absence' (0002) which will be selected.
A single value must be entered.
