Here you can activate or deactivate the calculation of pay seniority by maintaining schema FANC.
The standard schema is active and contains two sample variants.
If the default variants do not meet your requirements, you can activate your own variants in schema FANC without having to create another schema.
If necessary, deactivate the calculation of pay seniority here.
