OHAF0470 - Set Work Contract Type

If you have chosen to use the new contract management tool, you must fill out table T5F42 to set the nature of the work contract (temporary, permanent), calculate the employment period and enter the particular type of work contract.
It is in this work phase that you will perform this setting.

You must have managed the value of the CONTR constant beforehand in table T511K.

1. Fill in the table with the nature and type of work for the employee.
   For a switch from a temporary to a permanent contract or vice versa to be considered a single employment period, the days not worked between the two contracts must be non-working days.
   

Note: If you have not yet initiated the new contract management, you must set the FAAS6 feature to identify a particular contract type and the FAAS5 feature to distinguish a temporary from a permanent contract and determine the period of employment.

1. You may define the "contract category by contract" modifier in the table which will help you to identify the particular employment category for your employee in the next work phase.
