OHAF0604 - Copy Lunch Coupon Wage Types

The five wage types used to maintain the lunch coupon module and to
perform the necessary calculations are as follows:

M191 Number of days worked

M192 Value of imputed income liable to contributions

M193 Wage type for direct assignment of coupons (infotype 0015)

M892 Employee contribution

M893 Total value of lunch coupons

The number of lunch coupons is calculated either by time wage type M191 or by the additional event wage type M193 (in infotype 0015). The other wage types are generated when the gross amount is calculated.
Wage type M192 is only generated if the employer contribution exceeds the statutory ceiling for employer participation. The right of
exemption is directly dependent on this ceiling.

These wage types are delivered with the standard system.

• Copy the wage types to the name range reserved for you.

• Modify the relevant wage type rules as required.
