This section lets you set your absences by assigning them criteria groups.
This parameter setting
is then subsequently used as a base by the BAdI HR_PAY_06_REF_PERIOD. This BAdI adapts the settlement period for the absence quotas according to the set criteria.
A company calculates the absence quota settlement period over 12 months. The following special cases are processed differently:
- if the length of service of the employee is 20 to 25 years, and they are aged 50 or over, the period is reduced by 1 month.
- if the length of service of the employee is over 25 years, and they are aged 55 or over, the period is reduced by 2 months.
In all events, if the employee has already had non-productive time for illness in the settlement period in question, the days already indemnified will be settled over a period of 18 months.
