This involves running a program that will load the data from the TEDC file into the corresponding tables.

These tables come in threes. These are
,,the table of tables (TDT),
,,the table description (DDT),
,,the table of values (VR),
each of which group several sub-tables.

These contain:

  • the codifications used in the communication procedures between SAP and ADP/GSI (sap 71),
  • collective data used for payroll,
  • the connection parameters (sap 91),
  • user profiles (sap 93),
  • the definition of count ranges by PAC number (sap 90),
  • etc.

The TEDC file must have been previously supplied by ADP.

The program for loading TEDC files will be launched.

Enter the name of the file to load in the 'File' field and run the program.
