OHAFDAD019 - Fill Workplace Data

This step allows you to enter the number of employees on the last day of the year, the recipient deducting supplementary pension points, the 1st point count sort code, the 2nd point count sort code, the tax base and apprenticeship contribution, the basis for continuing vocational training for fixed-term contracts and the basis for continuing vocational training.

Use the codes DADSDEST, DADSTRI1, DADSTRI2, D2TOTEMP, TX_APPRE, FORM_CDD and FORM_CON.

Enter the values corresponding to the first three codes in the Alphanumeric data field.

For the 4th code, enter the frequency in the Numerical data field.

Fill in the Amount field for the last three codes. However, if your workplace is not subject to one of these taxes, do not enter the corresponding code. A code with a zero amount is interpreted as a workplace subject to the tax but having a zero contribution amount.
