This activity allows you to search and identify the contact for a given role/establishment. Each contact is defined by its assignment to a personnel domain and sub-domain.

You can also use this group to obtain the address of an establishment appearing only in the DUCS EDI.

Indicate BRCD as application and 06 as HCM location. Fill out the role as follows:

  • DUCSFR Physical sender
  • DUCSDT Declarant
  • DUCSDTV VLU Declarant
  • DUCSFZ Grouping entity
  • DUCSEN Declared Entity
  • DUCSMR Recipient (OPS)
  • DUCSAE Third Party Author

These codes are delivered by default. If an agency (URS/ASS/IRC) does not have a specific code, the codes delivered as standard can be used.

Note:
Specific codes are the standard codes to which an underscore "_" is added, along with the first letter/character of the agency. Example: DUCSEN_U.
