In this activity, you define attendance/absence subgroups for report Annual Working Time Finland (HFILAWT0).

Maintain main groups in the activity Define Main Groups for AWT Reporting.

The SAP system is shipped with the official attendance and absence classification, as prescribed by the Confederation of Finnish Employers (TT).

Name the subgroups according to the main group the subgroup is assigned to. For example, the subgroup assigned to the main group M001 should be S01X, where X is a number.

  1. Create a new entry according to your customer name range and enter the subgroup and main group codes and the corresponding descriptions.
  2. Save your entries.
