OHAFI_AWT_TTY_002 - Create Time Types for AWT

In this activity, you create time types used in absence/attendance time calculation rules for report Annual Working Time Finland (HFILAWT0). Time types enable you to link absence subgroups and main groups to the calculation rule and schema.

The SAP system is shipped with the sample time type AFIL (Education time from employer’s order), which you should copy to your customer name range.

To rename time types, use 9041 for subgroup S041 in mapping table T7FIAWT1, etc. Since country groupings are not applicable to Time Management, the PSG group should be 01.

1. Create a new entry according to your customer name range and enter your text.
2. Save your entries.

Assign time types to subgroups in the step Assign Time Wage Type to Subgroups for AWT Reporting.
