SAP E-Book

In this Customizing activity, you activate non-discretionary bonus processing in schema UAP0, by activating the call for function RGRTE

(Regular Rate of Pay (FLSA Overtime Valuation)) with NDB parameter.

The payroll function RGRTE with parameter NDB calculates the difference between the originally calculated FLSA overtime and the FLSA overtime calculated with the non-discretionary bonus.

In other words, the function applies FLSA overtime valuation for non-discretionary bonus by reevaluating the overtime hours worked in the bonus reference period.

Note
For Concurrent Employment (CE), only the standard (default) processing is supported.

In the standard SAP schema UAP0, the call for function RGRTE with NDB parameter is located after the P0267 function call, but it is set to be skipped as default.

It's possible to choose which Adjustment Rate ID will be used in the calculation. For this, it's necessary to set the adjustment rate ID in the Par2. If Par2 is blank, all adjustment rate IDs configured will be used in the calculation. This is only possible when using NDB as Par1.

To activate the non-discretionary bonus processing, execute this Customizing activity and activate the RGRTE function by removing the asterisk (*) in the Execute functioncolumn.
