SAP E-Book

To adapt the standard parameters to the needs of the client, SAP offers the possibility of modifying:

  • assignment to an application area

  • the parameters of the spool file.

To obtain the list of all statements/certificates containing the period indicated and their assignment to the corresponding SAPScript form, select one of the following actions:

  1. Assignment to the application area. You can modify the default assignment of a statement/certificate to a given application area.
  2. Creation of statement/certificate wage types
  • Mark the wage type to create and select the statement/certificate wage type component.

  • Adapt the standard options to your wage types. If necessary, you can recodify a statement/certificate wage type using a wage type, wage type basis, or a constant.

  • Indicate the corresponding table code in the TabK (Table code) or TK LB (Wage type basis table code) columns. The database wage types are imported from the infotype tables, the payroll results and from the RT.

  • If you enter a - sign in the last SubKennz (Subcode) column, the wage type will have this negative sign in the statement/certificate wage type; otherwise, (if the code is left blank), the wage type will be positive and this will be entered in the statement/certificate wage type.

  1. Maintenance of spool file parameters

You can assign a code to facilitate searching in the spool file.
