OHAFSOC100 - Maintain social institution addresses

This activity enables you to manage the addresses of the social agencies

You must have listed all the agencies to which you send standard forms and have attributed to them a variable sequence during the customizing of the following characteristics:

• FDDR3 for ASSEDIC funds

• FDDR4 for URSSAF funds

• FDDR5 for other agencies

An address is composed of several elements (name of agency, address, etc.) A code (ID) is assigned to each of these elements. (ID). The entire address is allotted an address category layout rule.

As standard, the ID for a social agency is as divided up as

follows:

1. A: name of the agency

2. B: street of the agency

3. C: additional street of the agency

4. D: city of the agency

5. E: postal code and distribution office of the agency.

Keep the addresses of the social agencies.
