OHAGB_SA510 - Define Qualifying Day Patterns

Use

In this step, you define the name and text description of your required Qualifying Day Patterns (QDPs).

Requirements

In order to carry out this step, you must have previously decided which particular QDPs are required for different groups of employees in your organisation.

Standard settings

SAP pre-delivers the QDP "_____PSP". This QDP has special characteristics. It implies that the employee's QDP should not be generated from the QDP tables (from the Sunday that has been defined in the grouping table).

Instead, the QDP is derived from the working days assigned to the employee's Personal Shift Plan (PSP). The working days in the PSP are simply the days when the working hours are greater than zero.

Activities

1. Execute this IMG activity.

The QDP Definition Overviewscreen appears.

1. Select the button New Entries.
2. For each QDP you wish to create, maintain:
1. The name of the QDP in the field QDP
2. A descriptive text for this QDP in the field Text
3. Save your entries.
