OHAGFT010 - Define Deductions to be Used

In this step you assign deduction wage types to the free of tax types.

In the standard SAP system, there are sample wage types which you may use.

1. Select New entries
2. Enter the free of tax type. This will usually be 01 (Standard free of tax payment)
3. Assign a deduction wage type.
4. Select 'Yes' (X) in the Step 1 and Step > 1 fields. This ensures that the employer bears all costs incurred by the deduction.
5. Enter a statement wage type for reporting purposes.
