OHAGOSP00112C - Notional Absence Payment Wage Types

In this step, you customise all the Notional Payment Wage Types that you have defined for your Occupational Schemes

• OAPP Occupational Adoption Pay (OAP)

• OMPP Occupational Maternity Pay (OMP)

• OPPP Occupational Paternity Pay (OPP)

• OSPP Occupational Sick Pay (OSP) or Industrial Injury Pay (IIP)

• OXPN Occupational Adoption/Maternity/Paternity/Sick Pay (OxP) Information Wage Types.

This allows the processing in payroll function GBSXP to determine which wage types in table IT should be considered as being part of the total OxP payment (that is, those wage types that contribute to the values in the Occupational Payment Wage Types OAPP, OMPP, OPPP and OSPP respectively) and which wage types do not hold monetary values and exist simply for information purposes only. The latter wage types (OXPN) will simply be moved from IT to RT as part of payroll function GBSXP processing.

The SAP standard delivered Wage Types are as follows:

OPPP

,,OPFL: 100% OAP

OSPP

,,OSFL: 100% OSP

,,OS3Q: 75% OSP

,,OSHF: 50% OSP

,,OS1Q: 25% OSP

,,OIFL: 100% IIP

OXPN

OANL: 0% OAP

OMNL: 0% OMP

OMWT: OMP Waiting Day

ONIL: Nil pay

OPNL: 0% OPP

OSNL: 0% OSP

OSWT: OSP Waiting Day

If you create any new Payment Wage Types for your Occupational Schemes then these must be added here.

Add the Wage Type to the relevant list.
