In this step, you set up processing classes, evaluation classes, and cumulations for the pension wage types that will be used by your company.

Before undertaking this step, you need to have set up pension schemes within the relevant section in Customizing for Personnel Administration.

The standard SAP System contains sample entries.

  1. Check whether the available pension wage types are sufficient.
  2. Change them if necessary.

The logical view assigned to this step is 08_PS003. For additional information about wage type maintenance using logical views, see the section Environment of Wage Type Maintenance under Basic Settings.
