OHAHJAA500 - Absences meaning inactive insurance relationship

This step is necessary for correct operation of particular queries.

In field AAType of table displayed when selecting this IMG menu item, write the customer-specific absence codes contained in table Absence and attendance codes (T554S) in the case of which - in line with legal prescriptions - insurance relationship of an employee is inactive.

Insurance relationship is inactive, e.g., in the case of sample company wage type Unpaid leave.

You can transfer sample company settings from client 000.

Execute the following steps:

1. Copy sample company entries from client 000.
2. Copy entries created like this in a way that you replace sample company absence codes included in the field AAType with the appropriate customer-specific absence codes.
3. Delete the sample company entries.
4. Add to table the customer-specific absence codes implying inactive insurance relationships not contained in the sample company.
