The private pension fund subtype of the infotype is in special use. It is obligatory for those employees who are indicated as a payer of the private pension fund member fee in infotype 164. There can only be one record of this subtype at a time. The validity start of the infotype has to be the date of joining to the private fund. In the case of private fund members, payroll reads this infotype.

  • Wage type
    Mandatory /31K; wage type containing all private fund payments.
    Other fields of Payment data (amount, target, quantity/unit, etc.). do not have to be filled.
  • Payee
    It has to contain the four-character code of the private pension fund issued by the Funds Supervisory Board. Private funds are identified based on this.
  • Membership number
    Private fund membership number of the employee can be entered here. Optional field.
