In this step, you maintain the feature to define how employees are grouped for their appraisals.
You can define these groupings from the personnel subarea, employee sub-group or organizational structure of the company.
The current settings group employees from all personnel subreas and employee subgroup into a single group 01.
If necessary, set up the feature to group employees for their appraisals.
