In this step, you maintain the definition of the ranking given to an appraisal.

The standard system defines the five rankings as follows:

• A Outstanding

• B Exceeds Requirement

• C Meets Requirement

• D Needs Improvement

• E Unacceptable

Create any new ranking according to the company's requirements.
