OHAHK_CP033 - Create Contribution Rule Details

In this step, you create the details for each contribution rule that you need to implement the retirement schemes for your company.

A contribution rule consists of a matrix of conditions that an employee must fulfill. Each entry in the matrix determines the default mandatory and non-mandatory employee's and employer's contribution percentages.

You have a contribution rule (001) set up as follows:

You must have created the specific age, length-of-service and salary groupings in the previous steps.

Create the rule matrix for each contribution rule that you have previously created. You do this by:

1. Specifying the age, length-of-service and salary groupings.
2. Specifying the mandatory and non-mandatory employee's and employer's contribution percentages if the employee falls within the previous step's conditions.
