In this step, you set up the pre-prorated wage type grouping used in a particular retirement scheme. These pre-prorated wage types will be grouped together and assigned to a retirement scheme via a key field.

In your company, you have retirement schemes A and B for monthly-rated employees and schemes C and D for daily-rated employees.

Therefore, you will have two groupings:

Grp key Retirement schemes
------- ------------------
01 A and B
02 C and D

  1. Determine the different groups of pre-prorated calculation bases required for all the retirement schemes in your company.
  2. Assign the appropriate key to link the retirement schemes to the pre- prorated calculation base grouping.
