In this step, you define the vesting schedule and multiplier for a retirement entitlement scheme. Typically, the vesting schedule is associated with retirement schemes provided by external parties, while the multiplier factor is used for retirement schemes provided in-house.

The vesting schedule and multiplier usually depends on the reason for leaving the organization, the age and years-of-service.

For every retirement scheme, maintain all the required vesting schedule and multiplier for calculating the entitlement payments.
