In this step, you maintain the factors and constants used in the processing of long service and severance payments. These includes:

  • the wage type which contains the calculation bases used for processing the long service or severance payment,
  • the factor used to calculate the severance payment,
  • the maximum limit that an employee's monthly wages can reach for calculating his/her severance payment.

For all employee sub-group groupings, maintain all the factors and constants used for processing an employee's long service and severance payments.
