OHAHK_TX030 - Modify Default Settings for Tax Reports HK

In this Customizing activity, you could modify the default settings for the tax reports in Hong Kong, such as:

• the layout set for the form

There might be more than one SAPScript form available for each tax report in the system, corresponding to different tax year requirements. You can specify a different SAPScript form other than the default one.

• the default printer name

• the default designation name

The tax reports involved in this step are:

• IR56B - End of tax year form

• IR56E - Commencement of employment form

• IR56F - Ceased to be employed form

• IR56G - Employee departing Hong Kong form

Modify the settings according to the company's system setup, and requirements.
