OHAHK_TX035 - Enter the Name of the Hong Kong Payroll Schema for ESS

In this step, you enter the name of the Hong Kong Payroll Schema used to generate the IR56 tax forms. The system uses the name of this schema for the Employee Self-Service (ESS) solution to enable employees to display and print out their own IR56 tax forms.

We provide the feature 27ESS to let you assign the Hong Kong Payroll Schema name according to Payroll Area. This lets you run different Payroll Schemas for specific Payroll Areas. We have set the feature to use HK00 as the name of the Hong Kong Payroll Schema.

The standard name of the Hong Kong Payroll Schema is HK00. The feature 27ESS sets HK00 as the name of the Hong Kong Payroll Schema for all Payroll Areas.

If you have not customize the Hong Kong Payroll Schema, you do not need to do anything here. However, if you customize the Hong Kong Payroll Schema, then you need to change the name of the Schema in feature 27ESS.
