In this step, you configure the system to generate the correct amounts in the three "Other Rewards, Allowances or Perquisites" fields in the IR56B Tax Form.

We have created /147, /148 and /149 as the three wage types that will hold the "Other Rewards, Allowances or Perquisites" amounts. To cumulate an amount into one of these three wage types, you must set the relevant cumulation class:

  • To cumulate to /147, set the cumulation class 47
  • To cumulate to /148, set the cumulation class 48
  • To cumulate to /149, set the cumulation class 49

We have also created Evaluation Class 06 to set up the above three wage types in the IR56B Form. The feature 27IRB configures /147, /148 and /149 to output the amounts to the correct IR56B Form format. You have to enter the text for the nature of the three rewards, allowances or perquisites in the appropriate settings in Evaluation Class 06 for them to be printed on the IR56B Form.

  • For Evaluation Class 06 = 47, enter the text for the nature of the first reward, allowance or perquisite
  • For Evaluation Class 06 = 48, enter the text for the nature of the second reward, allowance or perquisite
  • For Evaluation Class 06 = 49, enter the text for the nature of the third reward, allowance or perquisite

  1. Enter the text for the nature of the three rewards, allowances or perquisites to appear in the IR56B Form.

  1. Set up the relevant Cumulation Class for all rewards, allowances and perquisites wage types in the system.
  • To cumulate to /147, set the cumulation class 47

  • To cumulate to /148, set the cumulation class 48

  • To cumulate to /149, set the cumulation class 49
